The AI Virtual Receptionist is a product of our partner, Streamline Service Hub. Streamline delivers, bills, and supports it directly. NEMT Growth Machine's role is limited to introducing you to Streamline. We are a marketing and referral partner. We are not a reseller of this product, not a processor of your data, and not a party to your account with Streamline.

How it works

• You tell us you are interested, or you complete a short lead form with your name, company, phone, and email.
• We introduce you to Streamline.
• From that point, Streamline owns setup, onboarding, billing, and your ongoing support and account relationship.
• NEMT Growth Machine does not handle, process, or store the calls, recordings, transcripts, or any caller data the receptionist touches. That is between you and Streamline.

Your regulatory obligations

NEMT Growth Machine makes no representations about your own regulatory obligations, including HIPAA. Whether and how any regulation applies to your business is a question for you and Streamline, and your own counsel if you use one. It is not something we assert or guarantee. Any handling of protected health information involved in this product sits with Streamline, which is the party that contracts with you for the service, not with NEMT Growth Machine.
