A site built to rank for what people actually search in your area, wired to a leads inbox so nothing dies in a form.

You are out there doing the work. Walk ins at dialysis centers and doctor offices. Community events. Business cards, handshakes, word of mouth. That is exactly how this business gets built, and none of it changes one fact: the first thing a person does when they consider using you, or recommending you, is look you up online.

Be visible. Be reachable.

If they search your name and find nothing, that recommendation mostly dies right there. A case manager is not going to vouch for a company she cannot find. A daughter arranging rides for her mother is not going to call the business with no website over the one that looks established. You did the hard part. You got the license, the insurance, the vehicle, and you put in the legwork to get the word out. The lookup is where it either converts or leaks.

And if they find you and you look like a reputable business, your chances of converting go up significantly. That is the whole job of this product: when somebody hears your name, what they find confirms the decision instead of killing it.

Maybe you have a site already

Plenty of operators do. Built it yourself on a template builder at midnight because there was no time, or paid somebody who did not know this industry. Google may be indexing it, but indexing is not ranking. If it does not have the right site structure, the service pages, the service area pages, and the keywords that capture organic searches, it is a business card, not a marketing asset. And the newer wrinkle: AI assistants are answering "who does medical transportation near me" questions now, and they reference sites with clear structure and real information. A one page site gives them nothing to work with.

What we actually build

A main page built around your business. Service pages for what you actually run. Service area pages for the towns and counties you cover, which is where the organic traffic hides. An about page that makes you look like the real company you are. A Q&A section specific to your business, the questions your riders and their families actually ask. All of it structured the way search engines and AI assistants expect, with a ride request form that lands in a real leads inbox instead of an email nobody checks.

Your part

Two things, and they matter more than everything we do.

  • The onboarding form. It is how we learn your business, your service area, your hours, and what you actually run, so the site is customized to you instead of a template with your name swapped in.
  • Real photos. Your vehicle, your people, your area. AI generated photos do not come close to the authenticity real photos bring, and your customers can tell. If you are not sure what to shoot, we will work with you to piece it together.

This is what we mean. A real van on a real road. No stock library has your vehicle in your service area.

The pieces around the site

A website works significantly better when it is complemented by a company email on your own domain through Google Workspace, a verified Google Business Profile, and Google Search Console wired up so we can pull real metrics and make adjustments based on what is actually happening. If any of that is giving you trouble, we help you set it up. And as time goes on we send you tips you can implement to strengthen your overall online presence.

This industry changes quickly. We are paying attention so we can adjust as it does and you do not have to. You focus on what you do best, which is operating your NEMT business.

You own everything

We provide the website and the strategy. Unlike marketing companies that own your domain and take control of everything, you own your domain, your Google Workspace, your Google Business Profile, and every other platform we build out while we work together. Our goal is not to hold clients hostage by owning their assets. Our goal is to provide a service genuinely valuable enough that operators want to keep working with us. If you ever leave, you leave with everything that is yours.

Yes, we use AI. No, this is not AI slop.

We use AI in our web development and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Here is the honest version of what that means. We take the time to build each site specific to your business and your service area, to give you the best shot at ranking organically. AI is what lets us price these sites at a number that makes sense for NEMT operators, and we know what makes sense because we are operators ourselves. Without it, we would have to charge significantly more to deliver the same product.

We believe AI should be an extension of the strategy, not a substitute for having one. You can tell the difference between a site built entirely by AI and a site built with it. The strategy, the structure, the copy decisions, and the review are ours, and every site gets looked at by a person who runs an NEMT company before it ships.

Straight answers

Who owns my domain?
You do. It is registered in your name, not ours, and it stays yours if you cancel. We cover the registration fee while you are subscribed. This matters more than most operators realize: plenty of agencies register the domain in their own name and it becomes a hostage situation the day you want to leave.
What happens to my website if I cancel?
The domain is already yours. If you want the site itself, there is a one time buyout that transfers the files to you. If you do not, the site goes offline and you keep the domain and point it wherever you want.
How long until it is live?
Days, not months, from the time we receive everything we need from you: the completed onboarding form and your real photos. We build from that intake, you see the site on a preview link, and you tell us what to change before anything points at your domain.
What if I want something changed later?
Send the request. We make the change. You are not touching code and you are not paying a web guy by the hour. That is included the whole time you are subscribed.
Does the website plan come with a phone number?
No, and we would rather be clear about that than surprise you. The website plan captures form fills into a leads inbox. Calls, texting, and missed call text back are One NEMT, which is a separate line item you can add whenever you want it.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Everything here is month to month. If it stops being worth it, you cancel. The reason we can do that is the work is good enough that people stay, and a client who wants out is not a client worth holding hostage.
Is there a bundle if I take more than one?
No bundle, and no package pricing games. Each service is its own line item at its own price. Take one, take three, drop one next month. The math is the math.
