This policy covers https://www.nemtgrowthmachine.com and is written by Emerald Leasing LLC d/b/a NEMT Growth Machine. It describes what this website actually does, not what a template says a website might do.

What we collect

We collect what you type into a form on this site: your name, company name, email address, phone number, and whatever you write in a message or application field. We also record which page the form was submitted from, so we know what you were reading when you reached out.

If you tick the optional messaging consent box, we record that you ticked it. It is optional, it is never pre ticked, and we will respond to you whether or not you tick it.

We do not ask for and do not want health information, patient details, or anything about a specific person you transport. Please do not put that in a form on this site.

Where it goes

Form submissions are sent to our customer relationship system, which is operated by HighLevel, Inc. That is where we read them and where we respond from. If you buy a subscription, payment is handled by Stripe, Inc. We never see or store your full card number.

Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc., which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for security and operational purposes.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not run advertising trackers or cross site pixels on this site, and the fonts on this page are served from our own domain rather than a third party, so loading this page does not report your visit to anybody else.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics, it will be a privacy preserving analytics product that does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you across sites, and this section will say so specifically.

Messaging

If you consent to text messages, we may text you about the service you asked about. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, and reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not opt you out of email replies to something you asked us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records while there is an active conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. Customer records are kept for as long as you are a customer plus the period we are required to keep business and tax records.

Getting your data removed

Email support@nemtgrowthmachine.com and ask. Tell us the email address or phone number you used and we will delete what we hold about you, other than anything we are legally required to retain. We will confirm when it is done.

Children

This site sells business services to transportation operators. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top. If you are a customer and the change affects you, we will tell you directly rather than relying on you noticing a date.
