We sell what we run.

Most of the people selling marketing to this industry have never had a passenger in the car. That is the whole difference, and it shows up in every decision on this site, including the ones that cost us money.

The short version

We are not agency guys. We own one of these.

Ray Damitio and Mac Andrews. We own The Doctor Ride, a private pay non emergency medical transportation company in Charlotte. Same business you are in. Mac runs the day to day operations. Ray runs the marketing, the sales funnel, and the systems. And that is not a desk job split: we both drove when we started out and we both still get behind the wheel to this day. We understand NEMT because we live it, and sales, marketing, and systems building are what we actually love doing.

None of this is a theory somebody in a marketing office dreamed up to sell you. It is what we worked out running a real NEMT company, then packaged so you can run it in yours. When we got serious about marketing, it worked, and it got messy fast. We could not tell which lead had been called and which was still sitting there. Two of us would touch the same customer and not know it. That is the problem these systems were built to fix, and it was our problem first.

How we decided to do this

Publish the prices

Every agency in this space makes you book a call to find out what anything costs, because the price is the part they are least confident about. Everything we charge is on the rates page. If it is too expensive for where you are right now, you should find that out in thirty seconds, not after a forty minute call.

Tell you when not to buy

There is a page on this site that walks you through building your own website and tells you plainly to keep what you have if it passes three checks. We would rather lose that sale than take money from somebody who did not need us. It also means when we do say you need something, you can believe it.

No contracts, no hostage taking

Month to month on everything. Your domain is registered in your name, not ours, and it stays yours if you leave. Plenty of agencies register it to themselves and it turns into a negotiation the day you want out. That is not a business model, it is a trap.

No fake proof

There is no logo wall on this site, no five star badge, and no testimonial carousel, because we have not collected quotes from our clients yet. When we have real ones from real operators who agreed to be named, they will go up. Until then this page would rather be short than dishonest.

Out in the industry

We show up where operators actually are.

Conference floors, podcasts, and the software companies building for this space. Not because it looks good on a page, but because the people building NEMT tools and the people running NEMT companies are who we learn from and sell to.

The AI receptionist is delivered and supported by our partner Streamline Service Hub. One NEMT covers private pay customers only: broker and Medicaid trips, and individual patient records referred by a facility, are out of scope by design. We make no representations about your own regulatory obligations.

Talk to the person who built it.

Not a sales rep, not an account manager. Thirty minutes with the operators whose own business this came out of.
