Done for you campaigns aimed at people searching for a ride right now, not at impressions.

This service is coming soon. We are opening it carefully, a few operators at a time, because managed ads done badly are the fastest way to burn a budget and walk away convinced that ads do not work. Read how we will run it, and join the waitlist if you want in when it opens.

The order matters more than the ads do

We will not take you on for ads until you have somewhere for that traffic to land. That is not an upsell. It is arithmetic.

A paid click costs the same whether the page it hits converts or not. If somebody clicks your ad, lands on a slow page that does not clearly say you handle wheelchair transport in their county, and leaves, you paid full price for nothing. Do that a few hundred times and you have spent real money proving that ads do not work, when what you actually proved is that the page did not work.

Fix the landing first and the same budget starts producing rides instead of sessions. If you already have a site that converts, whoever built it, good. Send it over and we will look at it and tell you honestly whether it is ready to take paid traffic.

The honest math

Here is the shape of it in this industry. Your market will move these numbers around, and anybody who quotes you a precise figure before looking at your area is guessing.

Figure thirty to forty dollars to get one paid lead. Not one click. One person who actually reaches out. A private pay ride runs eighty to a hundred dollars in most markets, and the customers worth the most are the ones who ride twice a week for dialysis and turn into months of revenue off a single lead.

So the question is never whether a lead is expensive. It is what share of leads you close and what a closed customer is worth over a year. If you close one in three, then three leads worth of ad spend buys you a customer, and whether that is a good trade depends entirely on whether she rides once or rides every week until spring.

This is also why we care so much about what happens after the click. Every point of conversion you gain on the page divides your cost per customer. That is cheaper than bidding higher, and it keeps working after you pause the ads.

What actually gets built

Keyword and market research comes first. Which searches in your service area are people who need a ride now, and which are students writing a paper, job seekers, or people looking for a Medicaid broker. Those get separated before a dollar goes out, and the second group gets excluded so you never pay to show up in front of them.

Then the campaign build and the ad copy. Ads written around the mobility type and the town, because a family looking for wheelchair transport and somebody who needs an ambulatory ride to an appointment are two different searches and should not see the same ad. Then the landing destination, so every ad points at a page that matches what the person typed.

Then conversion tracking, which is the part cheap ad management skips. Form fills and phone calls both get tracked back to the search that caused them. Without that you are not managing ads, you are guessing at them and reading impression counts to feel busy.

Then it runs and we manage it. Bids, budgets, negative keywords, cutting what does not convert and moving the money to what does. You get a monthly report on spend, leads, and what a lead cost you, in plain numbers you can check against your own phone.

How to judge whether it is working

Ignore impressions. Ignore clicks. Ignore click through rate. Those are agency numbers, and every one of them can look excellent while your phone stays quiet. Three things tell you the truth.

  • Leads. How many actual people reached out this month, by form and by phone, that you would not have heard from otherwise.
  • Cost per lead. Spend divided by leads. Watch the trend across months, not the noise from one bad week.
  • Closed rides and repeat customers. The only number that pays for anything.

Campaigns take months to settle, not weeks. It takes that long to gather enough real data on conversion rates and cost per click to make honest decisions instead of reacting to noise. Anybody promising you dialed in results in week two is reading tea leaves. Once there is real data, the campaign either produces or it does not, and if it does not we say so. We would rather tell you to stop than keep collecting a management fee on something that is not working. That is not generosity, it is that an operator who quietly resents the invoice cancels eventually anyway.

What is not in this

The ad spend itself is not in it. That goes to Google directly on your card, so you can see every dollar and you are not routing your budget through us. The account is yours. If we ever stop working together you keep it and you keep the history, which is the part that took months to build.

We also do not run ads for broker or Medicaid work. Everything here aims at private pay: families paying out of pocket and facilities that need a reliable ride for somebody they are responsible for.

We will not take you on for ads until you have a site that converts. Sending paid traffic to a page that cannot capture is how operators burn a budget and conclude that ads do not work.

Straight answers

How much should I put behind ads?
We will tell you honestly on the call, based on your market and what a ride is worth to you. What we will not do is take you on for ads before you have somewhere for that traffic to land. Sending paid clicks to a page that cannot capture is how operators burn a budget and decide ads do not work.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Everything here is month to month. If it stops being worth it, you cancel. The reason we can do that is the work is good enough that people stay, and a client who wants out is not a client worth holding hostage.
Is there a bundle if I take more than one?
No bundle, and no package pricing games. Each service is its own line item at its own price. Take one, take three, drop one next month. The math is the math.
